AUSEMIO platform with category structure is able to hold data structure, which can be helpful if you want to avoid wrong asset mapping. Categories can be edited according to specific request and does contain Template and Checklists. AUSEMIO platform using two separate trees – category tree and person tree. Settings may vary even if definition is the same.

Tree structure comes from analysis and it is set during AUSEMIO platform implementation. It is easy to change it, but it may take support from your Installation/ implementation partner.

Asset tree settings

Categories may be created from start or created from predefined structure (If they place and attributes are match in asset tree) Category Country will be probably used once in tree, but category Region or City will be used more often. If company structure will be used in AUSEMIO platform then next tree covers dividing of companies according countries, region and companies itself. Which means you will be able to split companies to Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and their regions and cities.

Category settings allows you have the same structure as your company needs or it necessary to have it. In persons we may use category structure which is repeating.

This tree structure allows creat an person under specific departement or company. If on persons category the templeate will be used they will be same for each person. If you want to create new category you may choose your own name and icon as well.
