Activities

All activities performed in the AUSEMIO system are automatically recorded. The "Activities" part of the Settings> Activities system is used by the user to view these activities. The records are displayed in a tabular view with options to sort and filter these records according to the specified criteria. After clicking on such a record, the status of the given object Before change and After execution of this change will be displayed in the activities. If it is not clear from the description what change has been made to the object, please contact AUSEMIO support for clarification.

Table columns

Created - date and time the record was created.

Created by - the user who performed the activity.

Activity type - specifies the object for which the record was created.

Object type - specifies the object for which the record was created.

Object ID - displays the ID number of the object for which the record was created.

If necessary, the user has the option to generate a download file with a list of these activities. By clicking on the in the lower right corner of the screen, the system will offer to save a generated file of type .csv containing all records of activities performed in the system.

If a filter has been set, the file will only contain filtered results.
